We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
User profile, authentication, and organization settings are retained while your subscription or trial is active.
Contact, deal, note, and activity data you enter is retained until you delete it or delete your account, subject to backup retention windows.
Database backups may retain deleted data for a limited period before automatic purging. Backup retention periods depend on your hosting provider configuration.
Payment records are maintained by Stripe. Relio stores subscription metadata required for billing and support.
