Relio provides tools for real estate professionals to send email to their contacts. You are responsible for compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and other applicable laws.
Relio sends transactional messages (account verification, password reset, team invitations, anniversary reminders configured by your organization) on your behalf as part of the service.
Emails composed and sent through Reach Out are user-directed communications. Relio processes them as a service provider; you remain the sender of record to your contacts.
Contacts may have email preferences recorded in Relio. You must respect opt-outs and not send marketing-style messages to contacts who have unsubscribed.
