How Relio processes personal information on behalf of business customers.
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies when you use Relio as a business customer and upload personal information about your clients and contacts.
You act as the controller of contact and client data you enter into Relio. Relio acts as a processor, handling that data only to provide the service described in our Terms of Use.
We process personal data according to your documented instructions as reflected in your use of the platform, including storage, display, export, email delivery, and deletion features you initiate.
We implement technical and organizational measures described in our Security Policy. You are responsible for access control within your organization (inviting users, assigning contacts, and credential hygiene).
We use subprocessors listed on our Subprocessor List. We require appropriate contractual protections with subprocessors that handle personal data.
If an individual contacts us about data you control, we will notify you and assist as reasonably required for you to respond.
