Data Deletion Policy

How to delete your account and data in Relio.

You can request deletion of your user account from account settings. Organization admins control organization and contact data.

1. User account deletion

Deleting your user account removes your profile and authentication data. If you are the only admin, ensure another admin exists or delete the organization first.

2. Contact deletion

Users with appropriate permissions can delete individual contacts or bulk-delete contacts from the Clients area. Deletion is permanent in the application database aside from backup retention.

3. Organization deletion

To delete an entire organization and all associated contacts, email privacy@userelio.com from your admin email address. We will verify ownership before processing.

4. Export before deletion

Export contact data via CSV or Excel from the Clients page before deletion if you need a copy for your records.
